Hello!

Being a long-time user of bd4free, and currently hosting a small joomla CMS database (just the default instalation), I now find myself with an empty database.

I really don't know when this happened as I haven't uploaded new content to the site.. It was surely under the 10MB quota, I even think it was no bigger than 2MB

Any idea where I can contact the db manager?

the userid is vbotes2

Thanks.

Hi.

I tried to connect to port 3307 to rescue my data. But when I connect with phpmyadmin on port 3307 there are no tables, which I can export. Whats the problem? the data is there. but when connecting with external tool (Quest toad for mysql) also there is no data...

Can you give me an advice how I can rescue my data without getting access to the tabels vie phpmyadmin?

Thanks a lot...
